Do you buy and sell only brand new items?
No we are quite happy to purchase and supply second hand items, if you have an item you want to sell please drop us a line on the "Contact us" page giving us details.
What are your Shipping and Handling arrangements?
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Most items are despatched next working day as soon as cleared funds are received.
We use the following shipping methods:
Royal Mail first class recorded
Royal Mail standard parcels
Parcel Force 24
Parcel Force 48
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days. Should your item arrive damaged or faulty in any way, we offer a full no quibble refund or replacement service. All of our items are new and are checked prior to despatch, but should your item arrive in unsattisfactory condition, please in the first instance email us with the problem at info@the-tackle-trader.co.uk and let us know the problem. We will then upon receipt of the damaged/faulty item send a replacement to you. Or, should the item be currently out of stock, we will issue you with a full refund of your original payment.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I subscribed on the site, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. The Tackle Trader using your details, send a support request.
